Chuck Eye Steak

Showtime Seasoning 


Italian parsley 


Butter (Ghee)

Olive oil

Local Collard Greens

Local Mushrooms 

Local Current Tomatoes 

Organic Tomato Paste


Pecorino Romano cheese

For the Pasta; 

1 bunch of Collard Greens equaled to 2 cups.

  • collard greens; wash good, cut out middle spine, roll up leaves (long ways), and cut so it looks like sushi rolls.
  • Pre steam Collard Greens leaves in a pot with salt water, till tender (about 10-15 mins)
  • Set off to the side when done

Next step- 

You will need 2 pans, 

1st pan - Sauté Current tomatoes, 

pan should be on Med-High heat, add 1tbsp of organic olive oil, then add current tomatoes, cook until blistered.


2nd Pan - Sauté 1 cup Fresh sliced Mushrooms, add 2 minced medium cloves of garlic.

After mushrooms have a nice sautéed color on them turn heat down to medium.


  • Add Collard Greens (mix together with sauté)
  • Add 1 tbsp of butter (Ghee)
  • Add 1 shot of vodka (Tito’s)
  • After 5 mins Add heavy cream (I used non dairy heavy cream)
  • Add 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Add Current Tomatoes 
  • Add cooked Pasta noodles and tbsp of Pecorino Romano cheese.
  • Mix all together a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of cheese, to serve. 



 Chuck-eye steak with Showtime Seasoning Sautéed on Med- High heat until golden brown crust appears 6-7 mins flip over then add 1 tbsp butter Ghee,rosemary, garlic, till the pan and spoon butter over to finish.
